For clients choosing a payment plan, failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until the outstanding amount is settled.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order or service request prior to the delivery of work. However, any work that has already commenced will be billed at the applicable rate.
Refunds: Once services have been rendered or digital products delivered, refunds will not be issued. Custom design work and digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to any ongoing services, you may cancel by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.
5. Ownership and Use of Materials Marie Gems Digital retains ownership of all design files, templates, and digital products provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for their intended purpose. Redistribution or resale of our digital products without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property All content on the Marie Gems Digital website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Marie Gems Digital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, information, and materials required for the completion of any design or service project. Delays in providing necessary information may result in delays in project completion. Marie Gems Digital is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
8. Limitation of Liability Marie Gems Digital shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data. The maximum liability to you for any damages or losses shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Marie Gems Digital for the services rendered.
